Viewing Images Remotely

You can monitor your cameras yourself using PCs, Laptops, Tablets and Smartphones, when you are away from your property. During installation, we install free viewing software (client applications) onto your PCs, Laptops and Smartphones and configure them so you can view live and recorded video.
The viewing software is supported by Microsoft Windows Devices and Apple Mac's.
Compatible Smartphones include Android and iPhone.
To view your cameras on your PC, Tablet or Smartphone you will need to be connected to the internet via a 3/4G. To ensure that you don't incur additional charges it is prudent to check with your network provider that you have an adequate data plan for Internet browsing, included in your contract before viewing your cameras on your mobile.

Alarm Alerts

All our high definition CCTV recorders support highly innovative features including SMS and e-mail notification of sensor-triggered events and can be connected to a remote monitoring site. Each system can be configured so that alarms and events trigger notifications via e-mail, SMS texts, or pop-up alarms in the PC Viewing Software (Client Application).
In addition all recorders come equipped with Alarm Video Verification (AVV) functionality.
